Finding a parking space in Hong Kong is one of the most stressful parts of driving here. Multi-storey car parks fill up at peak hours, hourly rates vary widely between neighbouring buildings, and metered street parking is scattered and hard to track. carpark-hk.com brings all of that into one place:
- Real-time vacancy for hundreds of public and commercial car parks, refreshed every minute.
- Live street-parking occupancy for metered and non-metered roadside spaces.
- Hourly rates and parking privileges, so you can compare the real cost of parking, including mall spending rebates.
- EV charging availability for electric-vehicle drivers.
- Coverage of all 18 districts across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and the Islands.
Where the data comes from
Parking and vacancy data is aggregated from official Hong Kong open-data sources — primarily the data.gov.hk carpark feeds and the Transport Department's parking-space occupancy datasets — supplemented by published information from car-park operators and shopping-mall landlords. We are an independent project and are not affiliated with the Government of the Hong Kong SAR or with any car-park operator. Vacancy figures and rates can change without notice; please treat them as guidance rather than a guarantee.
